About Our Process
Everything starts with a free consultation in our Enderby showroom or over the phone. Our advisors take time to understand your room, chimney or flue setup and the look you’re trying to achieve. Once you’ve chosen your fire or fireplace, we’ll order it for you – fires typically arrive within around 10 days and fireplaces within up to four weeks.
When your products are ready, we’ll arrange delivery and if required, full installation at a time that works for you. Our aim is to make upgrading your fireplace simple, safe and hassle-free from first visit through to final sign-off.
